1. Is your work guaranteed or warrantied?
Yes. When you have your vehicle serviced at Tom Kadlec Honda using Genuine Honda Parts, those repairs typically come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first). If the part fails or the installation was incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you.
2. What should I do if I have a problem after service?
If you experience any issues or hear something that doesn’t sound right after leaving our service center, please call us immediately at (888) 249-0104. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. We will get you back in as soon as possible to inspect the work and ensure everything is functioning perfectly.
