I had a great experience with Tom Kadlec Honda. We’ve been looking on and off for a while for a new vehicle and when my husband found a Highlander like I wanted he called and made me an appointment. I drove it, loved it and sent my husband to check it out the next morning. He loved it as well and within 48 hours of seeing it I drove it off the lot. Brian Copp was easy to work with and very helpful. The finance department worked quickly to get the keys in my hands before a holiday weekend. I would buy from them again in the future.

This is the only place I will ever consider buying a car. Everyone there is great, but these two are the absolute best. Areia Grafton is the best salesperson I have ever worked with, when you buy a car from her she really cares. She always asks us about our family, and always makes us feel welcome. She is honestly the kindest salesperson I have ever met. Derek Meltzer is the most trustworthy finance manager I have ever worked with, he doesn’t pressure you into buying things you don’t need. He suggests products that he has personally used, and explains exactly why it benefits you. Derek has recommended getting tire and wheel coverage for each of the vehicles I have purchased there. I have used it multiple times, and it has saved me literally thousands of dollars. Also, If you live close enough to get your vehicle serviced there Dylan Hendricks, Waylan Wright, and Brad Dahl stand out as the best service advisors in a crowd of great service advisors. I would trust anything that any of them recommended about the health of any of my vehicles.

I had a good experience overall, the people were very friendly and I believe I got a good price. However, I was originally told the vehicle I was purchasing had 2 keys and did not find out that it only had one until after the purchase was complete. It would have been nice to know beforehand. I'm updating this post to 5 stars since they made it easy for me to get a new key made and reimbursed me for the cost.
