You don’t need to guess. Your Honda is equipped with a Maintenance Minder™ system that alerts you (via codes like A1, B1, etc.) when specific services are due based on your actual driving habits. Our advisors will also check your mileage and history to recommend exactly what you need—and nothing you don’t.

2. Is this repair urgent or can it wait?

 

We categorize repairs into three levels to help you prioritize:

  • Immediate/Critical: Safety issues or problems that will cause breakdown (e.g., bad brakes, dead battery).
  • Recommended: Issues that will worsen soon (e.g., worn tires, fluid flushes).
  • Future Attention: Things to keep an eye on for your next visit. We will always be honest about what is urgent and what can wait.

3. What happens if I don’t do this repair?

 

We believe in education, not scare tactics. Our advisors will explain the potential consequences of skipping a repair—whether it’s reduced fuel economy, safety risks, or more expensive damage down the road—so you can make an informed choice.

5. Can you explain the repair in simple terms?

 

Yes! We avoid “mechanic speak.” Our advisors are trained to explain complex mechanical issues in plain English. We can even text you photos or videos of the problem area so you can see exactly what we are seeing.
