1. Do you provide a loaner vehicle or rental assistance? We partner closely with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, located just minutes from our shop. Most insurance policies include rental reimbursement coverage. We can help set up your reservation so a car is waiting for you when you drop yours off.

2. Will insurance cover my rental car? This depends on your specific policy. Check your policy for “Rental Reimbursement” coverage. If you were not at fault in the accident, the other driver’s insurance is typically responsible for your rental costs.

3. Do you offer pick-up and delivery? If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, we can arrange for towing. For finished repairs, give us a call—we evaluate pickup and delivery requests on a case-by-case basis to help accommodate your schedule.

4. Can I drop my vehicle off after hours? Yes. We have a secure Key Drop Box available. Park your car in a marked spot, lock it, place your keys in the envelope provided, and drop it in the box. We’ll check it in first thing the next morning.

5. Can I track the status of my repair? Transparency is key. We can provide updates via text or email throughout the process, letting you know when your vehicle moves from the body shop to the paint booth and finally to detail/cleanup.
