Took my wife's Pilot in to have service to the fuel pump replaced as a result of a recall. When dropping the car off, I mentioned that her car had thrown a emissions control error, which my wife cleared with a reset. The service department found that there was another recall for that symptom that wasn't applied to the car, so took care of that problem as well. Very satisfied with the service we received, and the knowledgeable service desk personnel.

Very friendly staff, but I’m still waiting on my second set of keys. I put money down from 400 miles away and they held the car for me, the car being a 2022 Dodge Challenger. Overall I had a good experience even though the trade in wasn’t the best.

My Honda needed transmission work and Tom Kadlec was there to help fix the problem. Jenna in sales and Trina in automotive work were amazing to work with. I plan on doing a future Honda purchase through Jenna. She really tries to meet your car needs. Trina was very supportive in the mechanics area. Both of them were fast at responding to all my questions and needs. It was a feelgood experience.

Our salesman Jordan went above and beyond to help us with our buying experience. He was fantastic!! The showroom was very clean and inviting. Other salespeople were very helpful to us when Jordan was on a test drive.
Customer service representative was: Very patient, friendly, and informative. However, we wished that he could have taken us out to the car we were buying and show us how things worked with all the buttons. We realize time is money. But it was confusing for us. All and all very satisfied with the representative and the business. We will recommend to many others.
