5 Ways We Make Your Honda Service Visit Stress-Free

Whether you need to keep working while you wait or need a ride to keep your day moving, we have a solution. Here are the answers to your top questions about our transportation and service amenities.

1. Do You Provide A Loaner Vehicle?

Yes, we have a fleet of loaner vehicles available for customers whose vehicles are undergoing more extensive repairs.

  • Eligibility: Loaners are generally available for services that require 3 hours or more to complete.

  • Requirements: Drivers must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a credit card.

  • Booking: Because our loaner fleet is popular, we strongly recommend requesting one in advance when you schedule your appointment. We cannot guarantee availability for same-day requests.

2. Is Shuttle Service Available?

Absolutely. If you don’t need a loaner but still need to get to work or back home, our Courtesy Shuttle Service is here to help.

  • We can drop you off at your home or office within the Rochester area and pick you up when your vehicle is ready.

  • It’s a stress-free way to stay productive without waiting at the dealership.

3. Is There A Waiting Room With Wi-Fi & Refreshments?

If you choose to wait with your vehicle, we want you to feel right at home. Our customer lounge is designed for comfort and productivity:

  • Stay Connected: Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and computer workstations if you need to get work done.

  • Refresh: Help yourself to complimentary coffee, beverages, and snacks.

  • Relax: We have comfortable seating and TVs.

  • Family Friendly: If you have little ones in tow, we have a dedicated Children’s Play Area to keep them entertained.

4. Can I Drop My Car Off Early Or After Hours? 

Yes, you can drop off your vehicle whenever it is most convenient for you, even if we are closed.

  • Location: Look for the “Early Bird / Night Drop” box located near the Service Department entrance (typically on the west side of the building).

  • Process: Simply park your vehicle in a service lane or marked spot, lock it, and place your keys in one of the provided envelopes. Fill out your contact information on the envelope and drop it in the secure box. We will contact you when we check it in the next morning.

5. Can You Pick Up & Deliver My Vehicle?

While our primary transportation options are our Loaner Fleet and Courtesy Shuttle, we do offer pick-up and delivery services in specific instances, particularly for sales and leasing.

  • For Service: If you have a unique situation that prevents you from bringing your vehicle in, please call our service advisors directly at 888.249.0104. We handle these requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to accommodate you or find a solution that works.
