Got just what I wanted! Kiefer Bartel was great to work with at Tom Kadlec Honda. He was quick with responses and very friendly. He was great and made sure everything went smoothly. I loved the fact that he made sure the car was immaculate and was easy to reach via phone and email. I would definitely make the over an hour trip again just to do business with him!

Kiefer Bartel sold me my first Honda. It was a 2012 Honda Civic EX. He was an excellent guy to work with. Very thorough and not pushy like some can be! I highly recommend working with this guy if you are looking at buying a Honda! Thanks, Kiefer!

Kiefer Bartel was an awesome salesman! He made the buying process easy with very little stress. He was prompt with communications and I feel like he did every thing he could to make me feel like I got a good deal. The used Car Manager, I cannot think of his name right now, on the other hand was not as pleasant to work with. I had some issues after the sale and he made almost no effort to accommodate me. I really felt like he had no time for me once I signed on the dotted line. He never answered his phone, he did not return message sand when I stopped in to see him face to face I waited for over an hour to talk to him. If this rating was solely based on his performance I would have went with all "Very Bad" responses. I gave mostly "Ok's" simply because Kiefer was so friendly, accommodating and professional before, during AND after the sale!

I am so happy with my choice of going with Tom Kadlec Honda and Kiefer Bartel. I researched my CRV online and built the car that I wanted. I asked for three quotes from three different dealerships. Kiefer was the most helpful with a return call and quote. One dealership that called back did not like the option that I wanted to do as a cash purchase. He was not very friendly. Kiefer on the other hand was amazing. Very polite. Seeing exactly what I wanted and went to work to find. My first choice in color was harder to find but when I went to the dealership Kiefer showed me a different color and it was exactly what I wanted and the color was even better. He was always polite and very professional and treated me with respect. I was a little nervous about being a female and buying a new car. I would recommend Tom Kadlec and their employees. It was a good experience for me and it helped to know what I wanted going in. I would most certainly go back to them for another vehicle. Great job Kiefer and the financial part with Chris Reiser as well.

Enjoying the car, drives and handles really great. Having to adjust to having all the controls on the opposite side (i.e. lights, wipers, etc.). Not getting the gas mileage that I thought that I would, but I realize that I'm still in the breaking in period. My one complaint or concern would be that when it rains or I wash the car all of the door frames get really wet inside. I actually have to wipe them down. I worry that this winter I will have frozen doors because of the moisture that gets in. I don't know if this is something that can be adjusted or what. Overall I like the car and our salesman was really great ........

Tom Kadlec Honda made my car buying experience great. I found a car I liked online and 2 days later it was at my house. They gave me good value on my trade-in and the vehicle I purchased was priced well below what other dealers were asking. Kiefer Bartel answered all of my questions and even answered my emails well after business hours. He told me everything about the car and sent more pictures when I requested it. Kadlec is a very honest and fair dealership. I look forward to working with them in the future.
