Have bought 3 Hondas from Tom Kadlec Honda over the last several years. Bought the last one, a 2012 Civic, from Neal Moen in October. Neal was patient and great to work with. Took his time and explained all the features without pressuring us to make a decision. I will certainly buy my next Honda from him.

I just purchased my Pilot from Ryan Dowd from Tom Kadlec Honda and the whole process was easy and a great experience!!! I would recommend this dealership and Ryan any day! If you are looking for a quality product and people who know what they are talking about go here and make sure and deal with Ryan!

I have purchased multiple new and used cars from Tom Kadlec Honda and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. In particular, Neal Moen (aka Neal's Got the Deals!) was one of the best salesmen I have worked with. His commitment to me, the customer, was stellar, he does regular follow-ups with me, and is always available to help with questions or concerns. I can t imagine purchasing a car from anyone else or any other dealer!

I had recently purchased a new CRV for my family and was very happy with the whole process. Everyone was very helpful and Aj Kohn did a great job answering all of my questions and walking me through the purchase. I especially appreciated his sales approach Aj was able to sell me a nice vehicle with a non-pressure approach, very hard to find these days. He was a good listener and pointed me in the right direction for a great family vehicle. Thanks again, John

Dear Tom Kadlec Honda,

In July 2011, I purchased a new Honda Accord with the assistance of Ms. Jeanne Gideo who stayed overtime with one of your Finance Managers to assist me with a "pass through" of my previous auto to a son-in-law in a very time constrained transaction. I found Ms. Gideo very available, helpful, knowledgeable and "low key" in the entire process.

I had only one concern about the new Accord. That was a surge of acceleration occurring after a failure of accelleration occurring after a rolling stop. My wife never noted the problem. It was so sever that I returned the car for service for this problem and was told "all is well."

While awaiting an oil change last week, I recognized Steve Peters from service with my Hondas years ago. I expressed my concerns to him and after some thought, he asked, "...are you a two footed driver?" I answered "some of the time." He explained the throttle cut out when the brake pedal is even slightly depressed. Thank to him, my problem is solved!! I thought you should be aware of Steve's concern and problem solving ability making me totally happy with my new Honda.

Hello, I purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey in November and am writing to tell you how impressed and helpful Jarryd Guevarra and Chris Reiser were - they were very knowledgeable - no pushy - very friendly. I was to pick the Odyssey up on Monday 11/6, however, I had an unexpected emergency surgery that day. They were most understanding when I had to change the pick up date twice due to surgery complications. It was very kind of them and we sure appreciated it. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle for 9 years and I am happy to say Jarryd and Chris made the experience a very good one!

Dear Tom Kadlec Honda,

Last Wednesday my wife and I were driving from Platville, WI to Minneapolis, MN to assist our daughter and her husband with their move. We needed to get to Minneapolis by 4pm to pick up a truck load and drive back to Platville on Thursday (Thanksgiving). When we left Platville in the morning, there was a screeching sound coming from the rear of our Honda CR-V, then it was gone and became intermittent as we drove. We stopped at the Honda dealer in LaCrosse, WI and while they suggested that it was probably a stone in the brake or possibly the backing of the brake pad, they would not be able to help us until 4pm. They gave us the number to some Honda dealers in Minneapolis. As we traveled, we contact the dealer nearest our daughter and they too weren't certain if they could help, but offered to take a look if we stopped by when we arrived. As we passed your dealership on the highway, we thought we would take a chance and give you a call. Steve gave us the stone that was causing the noise and we were on our way! We can't tell you how appreciative we are of your Service Department! They were professional and very helpful. Please make certain they know how much we appreciate the outstanding customer service they provided us and don't be afraid to let Honda know that you have a first class Service Department and if they have any questions, they can contact us.

Dear Kevin Prodinsky,

Thank you for your help in selling me the Honda Fit. I arrived home smiling Thursday night, pleased with the great visibility it has and now I am feeling better about trading in the Vibe. I actually feel lucky I did not hurt someone in my Vibe and hope whoever buys it is a taller person so they won't have that problem. I took the Fit to the UW-Madison Badger game yesterday and it was fun driving it and got me there and back just fine. Go Badgers!

Anyway, I would recommend you to anyone. This Fit is my second Honda from Tom Kadlec Honda and both times I have been pleased. I smiled when I went to Honda here in LaCrosse on Friday to get a key cut (just to get into my car when I lock myself out) and answered the service guys question where I got my Fit from and why.

We would like to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service we experienced while shopping for our new vehicle at Tom Kadlec Honda. When our family decided to buy a minivan we looked closely at several makes and models, many with similar features, at various dealerships. What ultimately sold us on the 2011 Honda Odyssey at Tom Kadlec Honda was the timely and personable service we received from Pat Wageman.

Pat deserves extra recognition for his outstanding customer service. He was courteous, kind and followed up with us at appropriate (rather than annoying) intervals. Pat helped us find the vehicle that was right for our family from the trim level to the paint and upholstery colors. He took the time to understand what we were looking for in our new van and didn't sell us a vehicle that had more features than we needed or wanted. Pat also helped us wade through the many "add-on" options to customize the van for our family's unique needs. He even came in on his usual day off for a final test drive to accommodate our schedules. When we made an offer based on our research and the pricing available through other dealerships Pat was straightforward about presenting the offer to the Manager, Zheila Peterson, and we appreciated the lack of drama involved with getting a fair price on the van.

Pat didn't just sell the van, though. He made sure we had all the information we needed about maintenance and upkeep and that we knew when and where to go for service. He also introduced us by name to the other members of your team who would help us complete our purchase.

When we drove off the lot in our new Odyssey we were happy with not only our van purchase but also the overall experience at Tom Kadlec Honda. In the months since purchasing our Odyssey Pat has continued to follow up with us, even calling on the monthly anniversaries of the date we purchased our van to see how we like it (we love it, by the way!) and asking if he can be of further assistance with anything. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at Tom Kadlec Honda and will recommend the dealership, and specifically Pat, to family and friends in the market for a vehicle.
