Last Wednesday my wife and I were driving from Plattville, WI to Minneapolis, MN to assist my daughter and her husband  with their move. We needed to get to Minneapolis by 4pm to pick up a truck to load and drive back to Plattville on Thursday (Thanksgiving). When we left Plattville in the morning, there was a screeching sound coming from the rear of our Honda CR-V, then it was gone and became intermittent as we drove. We stopped at the Honda dealer in LaCrosse and while they suggested that it was probably a stone in the brake or possibly the backing of the brake pad, they would not be able to help us until 4pm. They gave us the number to some Honda dealers in Minneapolis. As we traveled, we contacted the dealer nearest our daughter and they too weren't certain if they could help, but offered to take a look if we stopped by when we arrived. As we passed your dealership on the highway, we thought we would take a chance and give you a call. Steve gave us the stone that was causing the noise and we were on our way! We can't tell you how appreciative we are of your Service Department! They were professional and very helpful. Please make certain they know how much we appreciate the outstanding customer service they provided us and don't be afraid to let Honda know that you have a first class Service Department and if they have any questions, they can contact us.

Dear Tom Kadlec Honda,

My wife and I purchased a 2007 Honda Civic two-door coupe.

We are very happy with our first Honda. What a great looking car. On trips we sometimes get 40 mpg. It's a great car.

Another reason we like Tom Kadlec Honda is the outstanding service department. Our Civic doesn't need repairs because it's so reliable. However, we recently had a small rock that somehow got stuck between the left front disc and the backing plate. We want to thank Steve Peters and your service team for not only fixing that problem; but for treating us so well.

It's reassuring to know that your team will take care of us. You are so fortunate to have great employees like Steve Peters. It's people like Steve who are the reason we are your customers.

It was a different (a little scary) experience to drive a new car home.  We have driven 3 minivans until they fell apart (5 kids) and this is the first car I have bought for me!  I have enjoyed working with Tom Kadlec Honda and Pat was especially professional and helpful.  When all of our kids are home, there are 3 Elements, 1 Accord, 1 Fit and 1 CR-V in our little driveway!  I will highly recommend Tom Kadlec Honda and Pat as a representative in the future.  I suspect there will be more Hondas bought by this family!  I love my new car, and more importantly, my golden retriever is very comfortable in it! :)

Buying my new Accord at Tom Kadlec Honda was a pain-free and enjoyable experience!  I've never liked buying new cars, but I must say that I've found a great dealership to work with and look forward to a continued relationship.  The buying process was efficient and very open, not like I've found in the past with a lot of back and forth negotiations.  I've also recently visited their service department and was equally impressed!  My highest recommendations go out to the sales and service team at Tom Kadlec Honda!

I recently leased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Tom Kadlec Honda and it is my third.  The dealership has taken excellent care of me and even delivers to my doorstep! I was a die-hard Ford owner eight years ago but haven't looked back.  The upgrades on the 2011 are totally awesome.  One addition I have really come to appreciate is the hitch receiver which butts out slightly from under the back fender.  Last weekend, I was stopped waiting for traffic to clear so I could make a left turn when I felt a jolt and heard a horrible noise.  I checked the rearview mirror and saw a car had run into mine.  I cringed wondering how big the dents were on my new vehicle.  I got out and could see the car had a crumpled hood and badly mangled license plate.  However, to my delight, there was nothing, yes NOTHING, but some paint from the license plate hanging on my receiver.  I brushed it off and looked closely, but there was no damage!  Even the police chief was amazed; he just laughed and said there isn't anything for me to photograph; so, you can go and have a safe trip home!!  Needless to say, I am thrilled and thankful to Honda's great styling and well-placed receiver!!
