Andy Gostomczik was wonderful and doing the paperwork with Barry Hauschulz was wonderful. The best experience my husband and I have ever had from a dealership. Little details like, making sure the car is clean, gas tank has gas in it for drive home. Warm and friendly to us.We will be loyal customers and the drive is work it for customer service, since we live in Iowa. Love my Camry. Thank you....

I just leased my 5th Accord from Andy Gostomczik at Tom Kadlec Honda. Obviously, I love Accords and it's always great doing business with Tom Kadlec Honda. There is never any pressure, and the entire staff is genuinely friendly and eager to help. They make leasing a car very easy! The service department is great, too! My car is always ready early. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I have purchased two vehicles from Andy and both times he has been great at showing me what I want to see. He is very informed on all the vehicles I have looked at.
Andy Gostomczik's service has been better than any I have used in the past.

Andy Gostomczik is great to work with. We've purchased two new vehicles through him at Tom Kadlec Honda. He was able to get me great prices and complimented that with great service. My wife and I still can't believe how painless and pleasant our buying experiences were with Andy and Tom Kadlec Honda. While we live closer to some Minneapolis/St. Paul Honda dealerships, we found driving a few extra miles to Rochester to be well worth the trip.

We have had 2 great experiences at Tom Kadlec Honda. In 2005 we purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Andy Gostomczik at Tom Kadlec. We were very pleased with our experience and with the 7 years owning the Odyssey. In fact we were so pleased with Honda, Andy and Tom Kadlec Honda, that we returned and purchased a new 2012 Honda Pilot. Once again we were extremely satisfied with the service both from Andy and Tom Kadlec. With both purchases we put a significant amount of time and thought into our purchases and Andy was beyond patient. Will go back.

Hello,
I am a 2012 Honda Accord owner. Bought my car 09/2011 @ Tom kadlec.
There are at least half a dozen Honda dealerships in Minneapolis. Every one of them proved my thoughts, that they were Stealerships. Upon this if you dealt with them after reading Edmunds.com, etc, they would brush you away with their sarcasm.
I had contacted Andy Gostomczik earlier for a used car that I had found on a car search website, but ended up deciding not to buy it. At that time I had told him about my thoughts on getting a new car. He touched base with me and inquired how I was doing in my search.
I remembered the friendly experience and asked him to find me a new car. Next day he gave me a deal on 2011 Accord i could not refuse. Due to my travel I could not lock this offer. Later he checked back with me on the 2012 and we settled on deal in 5 minutes.
I was 85 miles away from his dealership. It did not make any difference to me driving down there again. He got all my details over phone and I spent only 30mins at the dealer. I got the best deal on my Accord. I have done enough research so trust me when I say this.
If you are in Minneapolis give this guy a try and you would not be disappointed. This review is my promise to Andy in return for his gentleman behaviour. I cant believe I am taking time to write a review for a car salesman. Hey what do you know?

We had a situation in which we HAD to have a car as ours was totaled due to a flooding. We called Andy Gostomczik while on vacation and he was very responsive and helpful as always. Within a few days we had all the details worked out and our car was ready for us to pick up the day after we arrived home from our vacation. We have had five honda vehicles in the past 17 years and wouldn't go with anyone else. We had previously bought our accord from Andy and he was our first phone call when we realized we would have to purchase another car. He made the situation painless which was a real blessing given the insurance, rental car, and travel issues we faced over our "vacation". I would recommend Tom Kadlec Honda and Andy to any of our friends and we always rave about the customer service we receive from you folks. Thank you so very much for confirming our faith and loyalty to Honda vehicles.

I bought my used Element from Andy Gostomczik and Jake (I think it was those two people...) in 2009. All my dealings were over the phone as I was from California (located the car on an AutoTrader online search). I flew to Rochester on good faith to view and, hopefully, buy the car -- and the staff could not have been more helpful. The vehicle was exactly as described, they were ready when I arrived early on a Saturday morning, I was made welcome while they rushed the paperwork through, and I drove the car back to California later that day. It's not a big deal, but being offered wifi, a comfortable seat, a good price, and a good cup of coffee after traveling ten hours to buy a car makes a BIG difference. These people could not possibly have been more friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I'd do it again.

Our experience was excellent. The purchase was made quickly. The salesman, Andy Gostomczik, was complete, friendly and courteous. The finance person, Barry, was prepared and ready to have us sign the papers.

I couldn't be happier with Tom Kadlec Honda! The service all around was perfect. Andy Gostomczik and everyone else I encountered along the way were amazing. I would-and have recommended Tom Kadlec to anyone looking for a vehicle. I live out of state and they were willing to negotiate over the phone and put pictures up promptly so I knew exactly what I was getting into before I took the trip up there. After the sale, they were just as attentive, making sure I was pleased with my purchase. Very impressed overall and I would without a doubt buy from them again.
